From September 29 to November 30, 2022, the Wiener Lichtblicke transformed Vienna’s streets, parks, and squares into 12 light sites, so-called chromotopes.
Widely visible light lines and light images by international artists such as Carsten Busse, Christoph Bochdansky, Victoria Coeln, Deborah Sengl, Gabriele Stötzer, the Academy of Fine Arts graduate student Anna Schnur, and students from the University of Applied Arts created threshold-free and barrier-free chromotopes — protective spaces of freedom, fundamental and human rights — values protected by the constitution.
